Applications:
These cables are suitable for welding equipment, charger machines and automated welding equipment in industrial applications, as well as tooling construction, automobile and shipbuilding, and hand-held electrodes in workshops and building sites.
Construction
Conductor: Multiple strands of ultra-fine stranded oxygen-free copper wire, in accordance with VDE 0295 Class 6.
Insulation: Special mixed PVC insulation.
Color options: For sizes ≤0.5 mm, brown, black, blue, purple, pink or orange. For sizes ≥0.5 mm, black with white numbering; cables with 3 or more cores can include a yellow/green earth conductor. Yellow/green is optional.
Sheath: Special modified PVC, available in orange (RAL 2003), black (RAL 9005) or gray (RAL 7001).
Key Specifications
Rated voltage: 0.2 kV. Maximum voltage in DC ripple systems: 1 kV. Maximum long-term conductor operating temperature: 60 °C.
Applicable Standard
GB/T 5013-2008, additional requirements for rubber-insulated cables rated up to 450/750 V.
